Limited Canine Release- Imperial Red Ale
This Ale is a big malt forward brew with plenty of hop bitterness to help balance out the sweet malt characters, we sourced local malt from Voyager Craft malting and malts from Weyermann in Germany and local hops to brew this beer.
Deep amber red in colour, this brew shows tones of toffee, chocolate with a touch of spice from two different rye malts used, its rich and smooth and weighing in at 8% v/v abv it has plenty of body and mouthfeel.
