Farm Dog Saison

Saison is a Belgian/French style farmhouse ale, originally brewed to keep the seasonal workers “saisoners” hydrated and refreshed.  Using Australian hops we have added a new world edge to this unique style combined with German and Australian malts but the real hero behind the style is yeast.  Saison yeast has real complexity and funk, fruity yeast characters with hints of pepper and spice with light biscuity malt meld together with fruity hops.

With its dry refreshing finish and its hefty alcohol it makes this dangerously drinkable.
