Hops 2012

Our hops are off to a great start this year, looking forward to seeing the results in next year when they are ready to pick!  We have been getting some expert knowledge on how to grow some nice big hop cones from a commercial local grower.

We planted Cascade, Goldings, Hallertau and Saaz in 2011 and planted some Chinook this year.

Next year we are looking at planting more hop varieties to have a good selection grown on the estate.
